IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE?

Your credit card information and personal information is private and Sharpsville Blue Devils Spirit Wear uses a certified SSL, with site protection. See verified and certified seal at bottom of page. Click on seal for more info. We do not share any emails or clients lists with anyone, period.

CAN I CHECK OUT WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?

Yes, you can check out without creating an account with us. Using the “Guest Checkout” button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page will allow you to bypass the login section of the site. You will still be required to fill out the entire Checkout page, but no user account will be generated for you. Shoppers that use this method of checking out will no be able to check the status of their order online, or review previous orders.

CAN I BE NOTIFIED OF NEW ITEMS?

Yes, simply sign up for our email alerts and be notified of any new items.

HOW IS 10% DONATED BACK TO SCHOOL?

Every quarter 10% of all orders are tracked and paid to the school district as a donation.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?

Generally 1-2 weeks. Some items we may have in size and stocked and take less time. In the case of a back ordered apparel item, it may take longer for completion. We do our best to get you your items as fast as possible.

CAN I PAY BY CHECK?

Checks are accepted but order is not put into production until check is received and deposited, may delay order by a few days?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been used or worn and with original packaging and tags attached.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customized items are not returnable.

Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.

Custom Items and Organizational Fundraising Pre-Sale items are non returnable.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 14 days of receipt of order. RA#’s expire seven days after being issued. We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since Bluedevilspiritwear.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately two to three business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

All returns are for merchandise credit.
